My Story

Since 2007 I've been utilizing meditation and mindfulness to cope with and heal a long list of medical issues including chronic pain, anxiety, and depression. 

In 2008 I began studying Theravada Buddhist meditation. The peace and healing I received from this ancient art form led me down a path of further self-discovery. I branched out into other healing modalities including Bhakti Yoga, Qi Gong, Neurolinguistic Programming, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and more. I have been immersed in daily practice for nearly two decades now.

I love to guide those who seek to strengthen their minds and bodies and live a life of purpose and well-being. Whether you're looking to overcome chronic pain or simply want to go beyond the mundane, I'm here to offer my guidance and experience.
