Shortly after graduating high school in 2004 I started experiencing crippling chronic pain and anxiety. Thrust into a world of intense pain and fatigue, I learned on the job so to speak. I learned to utilize Buddhist meditation and many other powerful healing modalities to nourish my body, mind, and soul. I have used mindfulness and meditation to overcome chronic pain, anxiety, depression, and more.
I specialize in guided meditations based on Therevada Buddhism and designed to empower the mind, body, and spirit. I will lead you through the process one on one to help you find and address the core of your issue with kindness and powerful mindfulness. Through the process of relaxing the body and mind, we will find solutions.
